The Tynedale Enterprise Project offers a free and confidential business management coaching service to anyone living or working in Tynedale. This service helps our clients focus on what they want and the actions required to actualise their plans.
Once a client has contacted the Enterprise Facilitator and discussed their ideas and goals, they are encouraged to identify where they feel they need support. They are guided through a process to help them access the support they need. If we cannot find that support among their own networks then we can ask the Tynedale Enterprise Project panel to help. The panel meet once a month and are there specifically to support and promote our aims. They have a wealth of community knowledge and contacts and are willing to share them to help our clients. We will always present our clients with several alternative points of support. It is up to the client to decide if any of the contacts offered are suitable for them and their business.
We work under license to The Sirolli Institute. The basic principles of Sirolli are that you cannot help anyone who does not want to be helped. That within our community there are people who have the skills and the passion to achieve their goals. That within our community there are people who are willing to share their skills in order to help each other.
We tap into the good will and the desire to see our community thrive to link people together to share their skills and talents. It is through this synergy that we believe a healthy and sustainable future is achievable.
