The TEP facilitator recently attended an event held at Alnwick Gardens aimed at anyone in Northumberland who is planning to set up and run a business.

" It was good to see new enthusiastic businesses being offered the opportunity to work with more established businesses and gain the encouragement they need to pursue their plans. I was asked to offer tools to help them focus on what they really want to gain from their business. For many people the real buzz of running a business comes from having the chance to express their values and beliefs through putting together a team and seeing them work together towards shared goals. The people involved all worked hard and I am sure the benifits of this will help them achieve their dreams".

The event was organised and presented by reaction, they support enterprising behaviours and people across Northumberland, thanks to them for the work and the offer to get involved.
