Ann Maddison joined the TEP panel recently and brings a wealth of experience and contacts to the team. She has a background in the licensed trade but now runs a lovely tearoom and B&B in Simonburn. You can find out more about her on her website.

Gill Burgess

Role:

Our panel chair is Gill Burgess. She has spent her working life in the marketing industry. Gill has been involved with the project since its inception and is actively involved in all project activities. As a marketing professional Gill is particularly committed to all aspects of the projects marketing and communication. Her aim is that the Tynedale Enterprise Project is seen as an example of best practice in community based enterprise activity.

Background:

Gill is director of r//evolution marketing which she established in Tynedale in 2002. Credited by The Guardian as 'a symbol of bright ideas in creative marketing' r//evolution has established a strong portfolio of clients across the North East region and further afield. r//evolution provides creative and highly effective marketing communications for businesses large and small. R//evolutions services include Design: branding, creative design, advertising, PR, sales presentations, exhibition stands, point of sale, print management. Les Hare

Role:

Les Hare joined our panel as he believes in supporting people who are keen to set up and run their own business. He has gained experience after years working in the banking and finance sector and now runs his own Hexham based business. Les is a member of the Hexham Business Forum and an active memebr of the local sports community. You can see more about Les and his work on his website.
